« data controller »: the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body which, individually or together with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data;

" consent of the interested party ": any manifestation of the free, specific, informed and unambiguous will of the interested party, with which the same expresses his / her consent, by means of an unequivocal declaration or positive action, that the personal data concerning him are processed.

a) common personal data : as defined pursuant to Art. 4, co. 1 of the GDPR. The legal basis of the processing for the purposes described above:

- is Art. 6, co. 1, letter b) of the GDPR, according to which the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the himself;

- is Art. 6, co. 1, letter c), according to which the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;

- is Art. 6, co. 1, letter a) of the GDPR, according to which the interested party has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

The provision of personal data is:

- mandatory in relation to the obligations established by laws, regulations and / or community legislation as well as by provisions issued by the authorities entitled to do so and by supervisory and control bodies, as well as the obligations in tax and accounting matters;

- strictly necessary for the conclusion of contractual relationships or for the management and execution of contractual relationships in place or in the process of being established;

- optional for everything concerning the processing purposes referred to in the previous letters g .; h .; the. and j. of this Privacy Policy.


We inform you that the processing of your data is carried out in compliance with the GDPR and the current regulatory provisions regarding the processing of personal data.

We inform you that the treatment in question is based on the principles established pursuant to article 5 of the GDPR, in particular on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and rights of the subject whose data are processed.

c) subjects who have been appointed by the Data Controller pursuant to article 28 of the GDPR as subjects data processors i.e. the natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller;

d) subjects that provide services for the management of the digital and non-digital communication system;

e) subjects that provide services for the management of online payments by way of example and not limited to Shopify ;

f) subjects that the Data Controller uses in various capacities for the provision of the requested service / product.


We inform you that your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller exclusively within the national territory. The data you provide will therefore not be transferred by the Data Controller to third countries located within or outside the European Union and / or international organizations.
