RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL

WHAT IS THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason. It can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending a letter by registered letter with return receipt to the seller's office or GLIMMED S.R.L. Milan, Via Gian Maria Bicetti De Buttinoni 12 - 20156 - Italy or by sending an email to info@glimmed.com

The asset must be returned within the same period or at the same time.

To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, with all tags.

The costs of returning the goods are charged to the consumer.

The price paid for the garment will be refunded within 30 days of returning the goods. (The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that may be customized or already replaced.)

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OF GOODS and / or REFUND

Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving the package at home.

The costs of returning the product for exchanging goods are charged to the customer. For Italy the cost is € 5.50.

In case of exercising the right of return for exchange of goods, the procedure to be followed is:

  1. Write an email to info@glimmed.com or send a registered letter to GLIMMED S.R.L. Milan, Via Gian Maria Bicetti De 'Buttinoni 12 - 20156 - Italy
  2. Follow the return procedure as per the communication received from our customer service.
  3. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which they were received, with all tags affixed.

Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed the order.

Furthermore it is specified that in order for the return to be successful, the returned products must be in the same conditions in which they arrived:
- - they are not dirty or damaged
- they are not subject to washing
-they have attached the descriptive label of the product

The return of the product must take place within 48 hours of receiving the email received from our customer service (the date indicated on the postmark or on the courier's transport document will prevail).

The return will be managed within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the goods returned to our warehouse. The outcome of the same will be communicated within the same period (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made by bank transfer or Paypal refund.

(N.B: if you have taken advantage of any discounts at the time of purchase, the free shipping costs of the new replacement product will cease. In this case, a contribution equal to the standard rates applied at the time of order will be required ).
